Overtime Policy
Work exceeding the agreed-upon working hours in the quote or contract is considered overtime. Generally, overtime is charged starting at 10 hours.
Overtime is calculated at an hourly rate based on the respective daily fee, net per hour +20%.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 14 days before the appointment: free of charge
Up to 7 days before the appointment: 50% of the agreed fee
Up to 48 hours before the appointment: 80% of the agreed fee
From 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed fee
Costs already incurred (e.g., travel or material costs) are always to be borne by the client.
